@peterzhuamazon @zelinh can we get this merged? From metrics side we are already tracking 2.19.3 https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-metrics, with OSD manifest the workflows fetch to fetch the 2.19.3 data.

I raised a PR in OSD repo to bump its version to 2.19.3. opensearch-project/OpenSearch-Dashboards#9843
I think once it's merged there, our manifest workflow will help create this manifest.
