Description

The API project lives on implemented directly inside of the console_link library, see TrafficCapture/dockerSolution/src/main/docker/migrationConsole/lib/console_link/console_link/api

Removing this project since its been replaced.

LGTM, but can we see why this change introduced a bunch of sonarqube violations and if so separate that out

Sonarqube violations are unrelated, working on them in a seperate PR, see below
