Description

This PR adds fixes to the Prow job scripts to be able to handle OCP 5.0 release payload gap analysis as well.

Mainly:

  • GCP WIF vanilla template needs to accept v4 and v5 version patterns
  • Version dependency graph for 4.22 to 5.0 was created as well which was referred in the SSS in MCC PR

Type of Change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)
  • CI/CD or tooling change

Reference PR openshift/managed-cluster-config#2759 is raised based on these fixes which is working fine.
