PR #496 was a Dependabot version bump of the fullsend reusable-dispatch workflow (v0.27.0 → v0.30.0) — a single-line change to .github/workflows/fullsend.yaml. It sat open for 7 days with zero agent or human interaction, then was auto-closed by Dependabot on 2026-07-20 when superseded by PR #500 (which bumps to v0.31.0). No fullsend agents (review, code, fix, triage, prioritize) ran during the PR lifecycle. The retro agent was the only agent dispatched, triggered by the closed event on a never-merged bot PR — there is no agent workflow to retrospect on. This is the same pattern previously identified by the retro on PR #483 in this repo, and is well-tracked by existing issues: fullsend-ai/fullsend#3951 (skip retro for automated dependency PRs), fullsend-ai/fullsend#5185 (user.type-based bot detection), and fullsend-ai/fullsend#5295 (skip retro for bot PRs with zero agent involvement). No new proposals are warranted.
