There is some problem, we have 1.27.9 version in upstream repo but there are no resources for this version in resources dir. We need to find out why as this PR should only show diff between upstream and dowstream charts, not pull all charts for 1.27.9

Right, we should first add the version with upstream charts and then create another PR which will just update it to use RH charts

Actually, the commits are there, but Automated regeneration commit removed the files :(

It's expected. Upstream only contains the version in versions.yaml but make gen in midstream works with versions.ossm.yaml. So the goal is to have a PR which will add new version to versions.ossm.yaml using upstream charts and then another PR which will switch to RH charts. That way we will see the diff nicely.
