Version(s): 4.13+

Issue: The documentation regarding the 'drop' content filter is missing the note that it is supported only by the 'Vector' log collector and not by 'Fluentd'.

Hi @bitgully. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Hi @bitgully thanks for taking the time to open a PR. Technically this feature was introduced in 5.9, in which fluentd is deprecated; but there doesn't appear to be an easy way anyone would know that. I'm going to suggest the addition of the logging version 5.9 as a pre-req, otherwise looks good.

Thanks @libander for your review. I suppose your addition makes sense. Do you think, we can take this further now and get it merged?
