- frontend package.json: react/react-dom 17->19, @types/react(-dom) ->19, @testing-library/react ^12->^16, user-event ^13->^14, ui-components 1.22.2->1.23.0 - root/lambda ts-utils version + authMiddleware config-barrel split were already current locally (rej hunks no-op); deleted those .rej - clean reinstall (rm node_modules + lockfile) to collapse the duplicate root react@17 left by Sentry 7 -> single react@19 across workspace (ts-template@fe19832)
