• List Admin Set list Privacy subscribe_policy to Confirm and approve
• List Admin Set list General emergency to Yes.
• List Admin Set list Privacy / Sender Filter generic_nonmember_action to discard.
• List Admin Set list Privacy / Sender Filter member_moderation_action to reject
• Later by sysadmin: Final step is rmlist cli to completely deleted the list, the archive is kept by default.
