This updates the following:

  • Tailwind v4
  • React Router v7
  • React 19
  • Vitest v3
  • Removes react-helmet-async
  • Vite v6

Migration guides were followed for all of these, but please test the site quickly as part of a review.

Thanks to @damianstasik for his work in PRs #297 and #296 to update these.
