Describe expected behavior:

• What: OTP must show a broader selection of results when competing operators compete.
• Why: Entur operates as a neutral national trip planner. Different operators compete on the same sections. We must also show options relevant to the user excluded by the four multi-criteria we use today.
• When: Y23 Q4

  Issues with different operators and alternatives that are equal are solved in our first version set into Entur production on February 1. We will tune further.
