Car routing fails if any location in the search is a station #7150
Description
Expected behavior
We should get some reasonable results despite stops in stations are not necessarily linked for car routing.
Observed behavior
We get no results if stations or multi-modal stations are used as locations in car searches (unless they are car ferry stops).
Version of OTP used (exact commit hash or JAR name)

Steps to reproduce the problem
Use a station as a origin/destination/via visit location in a search where the mode is CAR.
