Bike sharing opening times.

The Dutch system for bikesharing (OV-Fiets) has on many locations no 24/7 availability. So without opening times support, it would send you to a closed location.

Is this data something that an API provides? I would be happy to add support for opening times if data were available.

Well there is a KML file with not very machine readable opening times.So i would like to write a better API for it.

Yes, a better API would be nice. Let me know when you've got one, and I'll add support.
