Deprecatedbefore 1.3.0 can't import againstwrapt2.x:1.3.0 (2025-10-29) is the first
wrapt2.x compatible release. Python 3.14 only shipswrapt2.x wheels, so the current^1.2.15floor lets an environment resolve to a combination that can't import PyViCare at all. Bumping to^1.3.0excludes the broken versions while staying on the 1.x line.Downstream report: home-assistant/core#177689
