Details:
Adds an input to the PagedAttention op that contains per-sequence window sizes (in tokens) for score output aggregation (via simple addition). This allows the openvino.genai library to collect the cache eviction importance scores on a specific number of prefill tokens (counting from the end of the prompt). Kernel implementation is not included in the scope of this PR.
