Summary

This PR introduces an initial restructuring of the PM² use-case description for OpenProject 17.7:

  • organize the most relevant PM² concepts in vertical tables
  • link to the PM² Guide, OpenProject configuration and demo examples
  • distinguish system-wide from project-specific configuration
  • include relevant PM²/PMflex improvements from OpenProject 17.7

This is an intermediate step. The use-case description will be completed, reviewed and refined incrementally in subsequent changes.
