The previous commit renamed src/containers/CoursesPanel to AssignedCoursesSection as a pure rename alongside real feature work, which surfaced as confusing 'renamed without changes' entries in the diff. This reverts the path back to CoursesPanel (and fixes up every import/mock that pointed at the new path) while keeping all actual code changes, including the new CourseCardMeta additions: - CourseCardImage.test.jsx: mock utilHooks.useFormatDate now that CourseCardImage renders the new overdue/due-soon badge via useCourseCardMeta - CourseCard/index.test.jsx: mock the new CourseCardMeta child component - BeginCourseButton.test.jsx: update button name assertions to 'Enroll and Start'

My take, I think need talaga natin to no? what if ilagay nalang din natin for local development
