Improve Technical documentation of GSoC 2016 Report

This pull request improves the technical clarity of the GSoC 2016 report by restructuring it from a feature summary into an engineering documentation.

Changes introduced

• Added a System Architecture section explaining the content → template → Android project → APK pipeline
• Documented the Template Engine and the learning-interaction models implemented by each template
• Explained the APK generation workflow, including project creation, resource injection and Gradle build process
• Described the Continuous Integration setup (Travis CI) and static code quality monitoring (Codacy) and their role in maintaining project stability
• Added an Impact section highlighting how the toolkit reduced the technical barrier for teachers and enabled independent educational app creation

These additions make the report easier for future contributors and readers to understand how the platform works and why the contribution is significant.
