Motivation
This pull request updates the
README.mdfile to enhance its presentation by adding badges for Python version compatibility and the license type. These badges provide quick visual information about the project.The optuna repository features additional badges, including test status and PyPI releases. We can add them in follow-up PRs after the initial release.
