Update the example in index.rst to use AutoSampler instead of SimulatedAnnealingSampler.

This PR is related to:

• Update example in README #69.

Description of the changes

• Update the example in index.rst to use AutoSampler instead of SimulatedAnnealingSampler.
• Add a link to the Medium article introducing AutoSampler.
