Add replace directives for Kubernetes submodules that were resolving to `v0.0.0`. This keeps dependency resolution on `v0.35.0` and restores the Go 1.25 build.
Update the RPM Makefile patch to match the current Makefile layout, including the `cephcsi` and `e2e.test` build commands. This lets `%prep` apply cleanly so `rpmbuild` can continue past patching.
