Add explicit `replace` entries for the Kubernetes modules that were resolving to `v0.0.0` so `go mod download` succeeds again. Update `go.sum` to record the newly pinned dependencies.
Update the patched Makefile context to match the current upstream layout so the RPM %prep step applies cleanly and the package build can proceed.
