Updates to images, APEX demo markdown, HOL manifest
Fixed apex_demo markdown, one indent and changed all image sizing to a max of 1280 for either dimension.
Fixed final URL, missed the 108 added to nationalparks.
Fixed additional files to conform to LL standards, updated tenancy PAR links
Ran LL Optishot and manual markdown check.
Removed the initial SQL connection from the APEX script that the user creates. They make the connection in the following step instead.
Fixed "Estimated Time" syntax for auto time generation.
Removed the RAG lab, Benny Benefits demo, sample employee handbook and any references.
