Benching CUPS services

CUPS services can be benched. You need to set a tag in the service you wish to bench.

Tag must contain the service name (redis, mariadb...) in order to be benched

• Adding CF_PYTHON_DOWNLOAD_PACKAGES_LOCALY option: Trigger it to locally download pip packages before pushing your code to CF

Included in this release :

• sysbench for mysql
• redis-benchmark for redis

Only nominal scenario is included for the moment, meaning that :

• sysbench runs oltp_read_write test with default options (1 thread, 10
  seconds run)
• redis-benchmark runs 1000 query with default params
