Pull Request Overview
This PR reorganizes the introductory documentation by replacing conceptual background sections with practical use-case examples and adding a compatibility list for OCI registries.
- Removes "What are OCI Registries?" and "What are OCI Artifacts?" sections
- Adds a comprehensive "Use cases" section covering artifact distribution, ML/AI models, supply chain security, backup & restore, and multi-platform management
- Adds an "ORAS works with any OCI Registries" section listing compatible registries
