The noBackup=true option should disable automatic backups in Trilium when set in config.ini, but backups can still be created if the server wasn't restarted after changing the config, or if the environment variable TRILIUM_GENERAL_NOBACKUP is set to false or unset, since environment variables override config file settings. Double-check for any environment variable overrides and make sure the server was restarted after updating the config. There are no known bugs or recent changes affecting this feature in the latest version, and no similar reports in support threads, so it should work as intended if configured correctly. I've just tested and disabling backup functionality is working just fine.

Can you double-check:

1. The timestamp of the backup files.
2. Since you are using Docker, make sure the volume mount is actually correct. Be careful not to restart the server if it's incorrect since you might lose data. Try exporting your root note if you have important notes.
3. That you restarted the server after changing the .ini file.

Regardless, when you start the server you should have in the logs "Disabling scheduled backups.".
