Adding back WIP tag as there is an issue to fix with NET flavor.

@andrii-suse could you help me to fix this PR please?
I do not manage to change the flavor name <flavor name="Tumbleweed-NET" in the XML file. Working values are NET or Tumbleweed-NET translated to NET. But it clashes with aarch64 Tumbleweed naming, so I wanted to set it to Armv9NET but this breaks make test_update_before_files. Apparently because there are some magic which try to match the ISO name from files_iso.lst with the <flavor name=.

(Ah sorry - sometimes I miss github notifications.)
I think conceptually correct approach would be if flavor remains NET but ARCH equal something like arm64-Arm9 , no?
Otherwise:
The simplest would be if flavor matches part of iso, e.g. NET-aarch64-Arm9 should work. Will it solve all the problems?
(Initially there was a way to have flavor independent from iso name, but with many subsequent additions and workarounds that option got lost in some cases and probably needs to be addressed as well)
