This PR contains code for the visualization of plane real algebraic curves. It uses msolve in the background, hence it only works for rational coefficients.
There is also some "hidden" functionality for reading polymake patchworks that we want in this PR, but do not export yet, as it will be exposed differently to the user. It is prefixed by underscores as per our convention.
