This is a Web MIDI controller. It is designed to work as a companion tool for Zynthian. See more information in the user manual.
You can open the app here: Nakama. It does not need installation, but if you install it, you will use all your device available space (no top address bar), so it is recommended.
This app uses local MIDI devices. To connect to a remote endpoint, you can use RTP-MIDI, or Network MIDI 2.0. For Ubuntu/Debian Linux, install one of these services:
