Major update: Orbit logo & content changes

This PR updates the site branding to reflect the new Orbit name, updated from lexiQL. Changes include:

• Replaced old lexiQL logo with the new Orbit logo
• Updated all visible text references (site title, navbar, footer, headings) from lexiQL to Orbit
• Minor style tweaks to align with the refreshed branding

There are no backend or functional changes as this is strictly a visual/content rebrand.
