Overview
Updates the project’s Go module/tooling baseline and logging dependency. go.mod now targets Go 1.23 (from 1.17) and bumps github.com/rs/zerolog to v1.35.0.

This also refreshes related transitive deps in go.mod/go.sum (notably golang.org/x/sys and mattn/*) and rewrites the retract directive into the newer single-line form.
