These RPM repositories are signed with an insecure GPG key that serves no other purpose. I haven't yet committed the key until we decide how best to do so.

@cottsay if you're unbothered, I'll add the secret key file
cra-a.ascto the test fixture directory. Then any gpg fixture commands will need to rely on--homedirto not interfere with the local user's key infra.
