Fix the following warnings by staticcheck: grpc.DialContext is deprecated: use NewClient instead. Will be supported throughout 1.x. grpc.WithBlock is deprecated: this DialOption is not supported by NewClient. Will be supported throughout 1.x. Signed-off-by: FUJITA Tomonori <[email protected]>
