Dockerfile: rename Dep.scala to Dependencies.scala to match actual filename. release.yml: remove macos-13 x86_64 matrix entry (runner deprecated by GitHub), update generated Homebrew formula to match actual homebrew-tap structure (macOS ARM64 native, Linux x86_64 native, JVM fallback for everything else). Add .claude/skills/release/SKILL.md encoding the release workflow (pre-flight checks, publish from main, post-release verification).
