Add --force to overwrite

🤔 Why is this an error? Locally, I get

     Ignored package `cargo-dylint v5.0.0` is already installed, use --force to override
     Ignored package `dylint-link v5.0.0` is already installed, use --force to override
     Summary Successfully installed cargo-dylint, dylint-link!
