Game download stuck

Problem: My console seems to have crashed while downloading a certain game overnight and now it's just stuck like that. The game store page just shows free download and clicking does nothing. Downloading other games works just fine.

Solution: Clear the data of the OUYA framework

APX mode

Problem: Window device manager shows a "APX" device.

APX mode is Nvidia's "download mode" for flashing bootloaders. If you can't get it back into the kernel in any way it's a bricked device.
