this repository contains the source for a mostly 3d-printed, gcode controlled, wifi-connected cnc coil winder, including the firmware, a client for controlling it from a computer, a simple “slicer” program for generating gcode to wind various sorts of electromagnetic coils, and the STL files for the 3D-printed parts
the whole thing is driven off of a single pi pico w microcontroller, with four a4988 stepper driver boards for controlling the stepper motors.
