I put full-ci in the PR title to check that it works.
Acceptance smoke tests have been skipped, and the full acceptance tests are running — good.
And they all passed. It took about 1 hour 50 minutes to complete the full-ci with GitHub running up to 20 workflow jobs in parallel.
