[tests-only][full-ci] test: verify managers can remove resource shares created by others

Description

Adds an acceptance test covering the removal of resource shares by users with different roles in a project space.

The test verifies that:

• A resource share is created by one user (Alice) for another user (Carol).
• A different user (Brian) is granted access to the same project space with different roles.
• Users with Space Viewer and Space Editor roles cannot remove Carol's resource share and receive 403.
• A user with the Manager role can remove a resource share created by another user and receives 204.
• After successful removal, the shared resource is no longer visible in Carol's Shares space.
