PETCharacterisation

The goal of PETCharaterisation script is to describe the population of the perinatal expansion tables

TO DO before you run CodeToRun.R script

1. Change line 7 # Database name to your database name

2. Amend your database connection starting from line 16

3. As written in line 44, go to summary_pet.R and amend the year range you want to investigate in line 9

4. If you have results for several datasources, you can combine them in summarise_results.R where it says "combine results", use this code instead to generate the data for the subsequent plots

the characterisation_before_at_pregnancy_start.R is not running at the moment, in need of an update.
