Add a minimal DBC test fixture covering an EV_ environment variable with several access nodes separated by commas. This validates parsing of declarations such as: EV_ EnvVarWithMultipleNodes: 0 [0|1] "" 0 1 DUMMY_NODE_VECTOR3 Node0,Node1,Node2;
