These might be different depending on your specific dishwasher. These are the settings for the ASKO 60.2 dishwasher

I've done several improvements to the 015-000 dishwasher. I started splitting then into smaller PRs but realized that it would be too many. So here's a PR collecting all the changes I've made in my branch, in case anyone is interested.
