Disable long-term statistics for unknown properties of known devices

Disable long-term statistics for unknown properties of known devices, as some devices supports a lot of properties. This will take up processing time and storage. Rather be sure to include all properties of interest when mapping a device.

@oyvindwe Yes, this makes sense. However after last update yesterday, my long-term graphs are gone from HA, tile is showing "Loading statistics" and nothing more. I unhided the "real temperature" entities from the integration as majority of them are hided now but still nothing. Interesting enough, when I browse for the entity I can see statistics for that one sensor, but when combined multiple to one tile - it stopped working :/

@deb0ro I am running 0.11.0 og the integration, no issues with long term statistics for my dishwasher, so it's not easy for my to figure out what's wrong.

Thanks for the hint, I went to the statistics page and there were lot of fixes available, mostly about entity changing units from "" to celsius. Now all is working again :)
