Controlled direct access

Sometime the numbering provided by -N/-U is not configurable enough. The -F option is useful here.

-F is a kind of manual mode in which the numbering is already present in the input words and just need to be extracted.

The -D companion option can be used to tell smenu how to extract them.

Here is a small example:

smenu -c -F -D o:0 i:1 n:2 l:'[' r:']'
