…3.0) Consumes v1.13.0. Schedules `iam:rotate-due-secrets` daily (auto-rotates opt-in clients that are due + clears lapsed-grace pending). The Applications OAuth-client section shows an "auto-rotate · every Nd" badge when the app opted in, and the onboarding sample manifest documents auth.auto_rotate + rotate_interval_days.
