This PR fixes the function
secondsToMillisecondsthat didn't handle different timestamps and wrongly returned decimal numbers.The function got renamed to
timestampToMillisecondsand it now handles timestamps in seconds, milliseconds, microseconds and nanoseconds. Moreover, it returns a truncated result.Impacted services
