Internationalization Slovenian (Slovenščina) 2

This is my second try of adding slovenian localization to io-app.
Please check if there is other things that should be changed to have working translation. And if I can help...

Unfortunately, in addition to the changes you added in this PR there are other developments to be done, so for the time being this PR cannot be merged to master.
However, I would like to tell you that we have taken on board the addition of the Slovenian language into the app IO and will most definitely take your PR in consideration.

We recently migrated from react-native-i18n to i18next, so the format of the various locales changed from YAML to JSON. Could you please update the PR to align it with the latest changes?
Here's the reference, if you need it:

Is there any tool to automatically convert from yaml+md to json? Then I can check and correct the json file...

@damjang Before managing the current conflicts, try running yarn generate:locales. This should create a json file from your yaml Slovenian file. Once the merge has taken place, the conversion script will no longer be available.
