This PR aims to fix the patch on react-native webview due to some compatibility issues with the new codegen flow on fabric enabling

How to test
Nothing has been changed with old architecture.
Enabling fabric we should notice build time error on webview module on android, with the new patch the error is gone and build completes (on webview side)
