chore: [IOPLT-1499] Add sl (Slovenian) partial locale

Short description

Convert the Slovenian (Slovenščina) locale from YAML to the JSON, the format currently used by the app. This internationalisation has been made possible thanks to the following PR opened by the external contributor @damjang:

• Internationalization Slovenian (Slovenščina) 2 #6256

Currently the SL locale has a coverage of 39.27%, because many locale strings have been removed (and others added) in recent months.

List of changes proposed in this pull request

• Add the sl folder with the relative index.json
• Exclude sl locale from some specific types to avoid TS errors

Thank you for this conversion! I already tried to do it myself but with no results.
I will try to complete the translation when have time.
BTW is there some free tool for windows or online to deals with json translations files? - something that I can use to have english/italian strings to translate to slovenian without do all the work manually with copy/paste?
