@raicastino before merge this branch to master we need:

• rename the variable: PRODUCTION_APP_NAME to PRODUCTION_BACKEND_APP_NAME
• add a new variable PRODUCTION_BACKENDBONUS_APP_NAME with value io-p-app-appbackendbonus
