Motivation and Context
This change removes the viewContract action to ensure that the Documents section remains disabled in the production environment, even when the feature flag controlling document visibility in production is enabled.
Enabling this feature flag in production is required to allow the Backstage Reserved Area Portal to call the contracts API.
